Badass in Business Membership Terms and Conditions

These Membership Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "You") and [Your Company Name] ("Company" or "We"). By signing up for the "Badass in Business" online membership ("Membership") and accessing the services and content provided through the Membership, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before joining the Membership.

1. Membership Overview

1.1. Coupon Codes: Members who have a valid promotional code that receive a free trial period, will have access to all features and benefits of the Membership.

1.2. Subscription Fees: The standard Membership will be billed at a rate of $350 per year upon sign-up.

1.3. All Sales Are Final: All payments made for the Membership are non-refundable. By becoming a Member, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and you will not be entitled to any refunds or credits.

2. Membership Access and Use

2.1. Membership Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Membership account information, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account information with any third parties. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2. Usage Restrictions: You agree to use the Membership and its content solely for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, or distribute the Membership or its content to others without the prior written consent of the Company.

2.3. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that may disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Membership, including but not limited to hacking, unauthorized access, or any form of abuse.

3. Billing and Cancellation

3.1. Billing Cycle: For Members without a valid promotional code, your Membership will be billed annually at the rate of $350p/year. Billing will begin automatically upon sign-up.

3.2. Cancellation: You may cancel your Membership at any time by contacting our customer support team or using the cancellation feature available in your account settings. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for any subsequent months.

3.3. No Refunds: As stated earlier, all sales are final. Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1. Ownership: All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through the Membership are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written permission.

4.2. User-Generated Content: If you submit any user-generated content (e.g., comments, reviews, testimonials) through the Membership, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content for promotional or informational purposes.

5. Privacy

5.1. Privacy Policy: Your use of the Membership is subject to our Privacy Policy, which you can access on our website. By using the Membership, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

6.1. Company's Right to Terminate: The Company reserves the right to terminate your Membership and access to the Membership at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without notice. In the event of termination, you will no longer have access to the Membership or its content.
